These terms apply to purchases made through the TGLTN storefront. For questions about an order or these terms, contact support@tgltnstore.com. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.

Products, Prices and Orders

Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the product page. Images are illustrative; colors can vary with screen settings. Please check the selected design, measurements, quantity, delivery address and final checkout total before placing an order.

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the storefront and checkout. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are disclosed before payment. Automatic bundle discounts apply only to eligible items and quantities and are recalculated if items are changed or removed. Discounts do not combine unless expressly permitted. The discount and final total shown at checkout govern the purchase.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied or a material price or description error is found, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Payment and Fulfillment

Payments are processed through the methods offered at checkout. You must provide accurate order and contact information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Delivery, delays, cancellations and returns are handled under our shipping and return policies.

Use of This Website

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Content on this website may not be reproduced or used unlawfully. Links to external services are subject to those services' terms.

Consumer Rights and Updates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; the terms accepted when an order was placed apply to that order.
